Instructions for submitting files for judging in the Final Round.


1. Create one MASTER FOLDER for your school or program and name it:

Folder1

2. Name a file for each student that contains the category and student name, for example:

GD-MGlazer.pdf
DI-DGRosetti.pdf
PH-AKazimv.pdf
DV-AGregg.pdf
AD-APramono.pdf

(If you have the student's entry number from the ratings and comments report -- e.g. GD12, DV21, etc -- please use it.)

Categories are:
GD Graphic Design
DI Digital Illustration
PH Photography
DV Digital Video
AD Snapshot of the Analog (Computer-Free) Design

3.  For each student, create a PDF. For Video, include a link to the final video. Please try to keep the final file size below 1 megabyte by compressing in the original app, using Acrobat's "Reduce File Size" option or Adobe's Compression Web Site.)

4. Add a file named README.TXT with the teacher's contact name and each contestant:
