In addition to must-try dishes like country style green bean sheet jelly and pork with sour cabbage and rice noodle, the real star at Fu Ran is the muslim lamb chops. Sure, they might be the most expensive item on the menu, at $25.95, but they are well worth it.

Biang! is the more mature sibling of the popular Xi'an Famous Foods, offering waiter service to its patrons. In addition to waiter service, Biang! offers many of the same favorites you've grown to love at Xi'an Famous Foods, but with a number of additional items on the menu.
